Welcome to Pak Lifters. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Pak Lifters Is

Pak Lifters is a classifieds marketplace for forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment. We connect buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any sale, and we don't process payments, arrange delivery, or guarantee the condition of any equipment listed.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering, and verify your email via the one-time code sent to you.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• Seller accounts are reviewed by our team before listings go live — this typically takes up to 48 hours.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or abuse the platform.

3. Listings

• Sellers must list equipment they genuinely own or are authorized to sell, with accurate descriptions, condition, and pricing.
• Listings are reviewed before appearing publicly. We may reject or remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, or violate these terms.
• Editing a listing's price or key details sends it back for re-verification.
• Featured and Sponsored placements are paid options, subject to admin approval, and don't guarantee a sale.

4. Buying & Selling

All negotiation and transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers — via the in-app Chat or Call feature. Pak Lifters does not handle payments, escrow, or delivery, and is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction. We strongly recommend:

• Inspecting equipment in person before paying.
• Meeting in a safe, public, or business location where possible.
• Verifying the seller's identity and documentation for high-value equipment.

5. Chat & Communication

Our chat system automatically hides phone numbers and addresses shared in messages, as a safety measure. Attempting to bypass this filter, harass other users, or use chat for spam is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

6. Number Display & Sponsored Ads

Sellers may request their phone number be shown publicly, or pay to sponsor a listing for extra visibility. Both are subject to Admin approval and have a set duration — see your Seller Portfolio for current pricing and status.

7. Prohibited Use

• Listing stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented equipment.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the platform.
• Harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity conducted through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pak Lifters is provided "as is." We do our best to verify sellers and listings, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pak Lifters is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or transactions with other users.

9. Account Suspension & Trash

If we suspend or remove your account for violating these terms, your data is retained for 30 days (in case of an appeal or mistake) before permanent deletion. You may contact support during this window to request a review.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Pak Lifters after changes means you accept the updated terms.
